Front Desk Receptionist
As a front desk receptionist for Pacific Health Systems and Advanced TMS Clinic, I am often the first point of contact for our patients and families, helping create a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience from the moment they arrive. I assist with patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and incoming calls while helping maintain accurate records and clear communication between patients and our clinical team. My role is centered on providing exceptional customer service, supporting daily office operations, and helping ensure each patient’s experience is smooth, organized, and positive.
