Prakash Bhatia, MD, PhD has more than 20 years’ experience in the treatment of patients with Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorders along with the most severe forms of depression and anxiety disorders. He is the Medical Director of Psychiatry at both Paradise Valley and Alvarado Hospitals where he has assumed leadership roles in bringing the best evidence based treatment to those with the most severe symptoms. Dr. Bhatia enjoys helping those who suffer from mood and anxiety disorders, addictions and a wide range of conditions that allow him to utilize his extensive experience in Psychiatric procedures such as TMS and Spravato (ketamine).
Dr. Bhatia completed medical school both MD, PhD in Neuroscience at: University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, residency at Washington University School of Medicine, and a fellowship at the University of California San Diego Medical Center. He is board certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He believes in treating the whole person, providing the best cost-effective mental health services and treats all patients with compassion and the utmost care.

Corey Scott, PharmD, is a compassionate healthcare provider dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and addiction. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy in 2012 after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2008.
Dr. Mohammed Bari is a compassionate psychiatrist with a dedication to serving military families in Southern California. With decades of experience, he specializes in interventional psychiatry, offering advanced treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression.
Dr. Valentin Isacescu brings over 21 years of medical experience in psychiatry and addiction to Advanced TMS Clinic’s Oceanside location. With a strong commitment to supporting military families and active duty members at Camp Pendleton, Dr. Isacescu has developed extensive expertise in mental health care tailored to the unique needs of service members.
Dr. Gregory Paniccia is a seasoned psychiatrist with 34 years of experience, specializing in treatment-resistant depression, anxiety therapies, and OCD. He earned his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University Chicago Medical School in 1990.
Jeff Landon, PA-C, CAQ-Psy has over 10 years’ experience in treating patients with psychiatric & behavioral disorders. He is affiliated with both Paradise Valley and Alvarado Hospitals. He has experience treating a wide array of psychiatric disorders, addiction. He also has experience in: Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Pain Management.
Dr. Dolnak has been involved in the treatment and clinical research of CNS medical conditions for over 35 years. He is CEO of a local corporation that does consulting medical services at Pacific Health Systems for over 14 years. He completed a pharmacy degree from Butler University College of Pharmacy. He completed a medical degree from University of Health Sciences in Kansas City.
Jenna brings valuable clinical experience and expertise in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment. As a certified Medical Assistant and lead TMS technician, she supports patient care throughout the treatment process and ensures safety, comfort, and treatment precision.
Norma Wiggins is an experienced TMS Technician trained on both the MagVenture and NeuroStar TMS machines. With over a decade of experience as an administrative assistant to Dr. Bari, Norma has developed a deep compassion for those facing mental health challenges.
Cecilia Piazza is a dedicated TMS Technician at Advanced TMS Clinic’s Oceanside location, trained on the NeuroStar TMS system. She works closely with Dr. Valentin Isacescu, providing compassionate and skilled care to our patients, particularly the military families and active duty members near Camp Pendleton.
