Sharenne Gozal

AMFT

Sharenne is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience across school-based settings, LGBTQ+ communities, couples, and individuals navigating trauma. She has worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and grounds her work in a person-centered approach that honors each person’s unique story.

Sharenne holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. Her therapeutic style draws on attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and person-centered principles. For clients working through trauma, she also offers brain spotting.

Sharenne is a first-generation Indonesian immigrant, therefore she understands that opening up doesn’t always come naturally, it can feel unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or even a little risky. If you’re ready to rewrite your narrative and make space for change, she invites you to reach out. Together, you can co-author your story.
