Treatment Schedule
Most patients begin with an induction phase: 2–3 sessions per week for 2 weeks. Once symptoms improve, treatments shift to a maintenance phase every 1–4 weeks depending on your response.
All patients require a psychiatric evaluation with a provider prior to starting therapy.
What You Need to Know
- Location: Available at our National City office
- Monitoring: You’ll be observed by medical staff for at least 60–90 minutes post-injection
- Transportation: A driver is required to take you home after each session
- Side Effects: Nausea, dissociation, dizziness, increased blood pressure, fatigue (similar to Spravato)
- Contraindications: Same as Spravato — uncontrolled hypertension, active substance use, psychosis, recent heart attack, pregnancy
